What is the return policy?
Returns & Exchanges
Each ShopCine product is custom printed on demand, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size or preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged or with a printing issue, contact us within 30 days with a photo and order number, and we’ll make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All ShopCine products are made to order and considered final sale. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a printing issue, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We review all orders before production. If you need to cancel or change something, email us within 24 hours of placing your order. After printing starts, all sales are final.
When will I get my order?
Orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days. Each item is made to order, so production takes about 2–5 days before shipping. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on the way. Economy is 4-8 days of delivery and standard shipping is 2-5 days.
Where are your products manufactured?
All ShopCine products are designed and printed in the USA. Each piece is created on demand through our U.S.–based print partners to ensure quality and consistency.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How do you clean the camera mat?
Care Instructions
Use warm water and dish soap to clean spots off your pad. It's not necessary to soak the whole pad. For hard-to-clean spots use a soft-bristled brush.
