At ShopCine, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because many of our products are custom, made to order, or produced in limited runs, orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours from the time the order is placed, all sales are final, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order cancellations

Refunds, replacements, or store credit
We only offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if:

Returns
Returns are accepted only for items that are approved as damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return shipping
If the return is due to our error or a verified product issue, return instructions will be provided. Otherwise, return shipping is not covered by ShopCine.
